We need to focus on the future and not the past. Not to forget how we arrived at this moment, but to talk about who we are now and what we want for the future, how to help middle class families, how to address discrimination & untold stories of ageism in the workplace, how we can retrain workers who stay up at night worrying about how to keep their kids safe or feed them a next meal, how to raise awareness of climate change & its detrimental effects on our planet & health, on fixing a broken healthcare system, on raising teachers salaries and ensuring all schools have supplies, on solving problems all across cities and states — and doing so by coming together an co-creating solutions.
